Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must have original tags plus a copy of your sales receipt and a note of explanation.  No returns on dated or sale merchandise.  Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.


Shipping

Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible.  Most items are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order.  If your order cannot be filled or shipped within 1 week of placing the order, you will be notified by e-mail or phone.  Please allow at least 3 - 4 business days for delivery.  Please contact us for shipping rates for express or overnight delivery.
